  Outstanding Onboarding Experience! My onboarding experience at Lumina Las Vegas has been nothing short of amazing. The process was well-organized, informative, and welcoming. The HR Director is superb — supportive, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure new employees feel comfortable and confident from day one.   This memory care is excellent in the care that it offers their residents . They also offer care with purposeful curriculum that works with reputable partners like the Lou ruvo center. Their Activites director Alyce is so compassionate and creative .. all the residents and their families seem to love her! Her genuine spirit cares for the residents & their families and their well being . I highly recommend this memory care if you're looking for high quality and care for your loved ones. 🙏🏼

  Lumina is a great facility! They treat the residents fantastically, always providing fun activities and delicious meals. Alyce is really creative and does a great job in providing residents with the best care and attention . Rhesa is also awesome!
