  We hired Lane Roofing to replace our roof that had extensive damage and wood rot. I had been having trouble finding anyone that could even quote the job since after the storm. Lane Roofing came out the day after I called them and presented a full proposal that very same day. They advised me of unknown cost of damage that we could not access without removing the roof, so my expectations were clear. They did not require a deposit of any kind or amount, and told me - we could pay when they finished and we were happy with the job. From our very first contact through completion, they communicated any changes, arrivals or adjustments and were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They were able to get us on the schedule in about 2 weeks, confirmed with me the arrival time, and showed up when they promised. They completed my job in a day and a half, cleaned up the yard and did not damage any landscaping. We were very pleased and would use them again without question.

  I chose Lane Roofing because they were recommended by a Realtor who had used them on several properties. I got 4 quotes from other roofers, and Morgann spent more time with me and explained things in greater detail than the other companies did, which showed me a desire to do things the right way. They offer a 10 year workmanship warranty on a roof install, where the other companies only offered 5 years. On the day of the install, the work crew was well organized and hard working. The quality of their work was excellent and they didn't cut any corners. They covered up all my bushes with a tarp, and did a fantastic clean up job when they were finished. I would highly recommend using this company!

  Lane Roofing did an outstanding job restoring our shingle roof and copper roofs and gutters following the hurricane last year. And Hunter was a pleasure to work with even in those challenging days.

  I had my entire roof replaced by Lane and cannot say enough good things about their Morgann, who was there from the initial quote through to the removal of the last piece of debris. He listened, was patient with all of my questions, and offered valuable advice and suggestions. The end result is a beautiful new roof that I will enjoy for many years. Highly recommend!
